1. Reflect on Manal al-Sharif’s speech and give two facts that helped to make that speech effective. After reviewing Manal-al-Sharif’s speech it can be said that she tried to start her speech by sharing her personal experiences which grabbed the attention and interest of the people. The second thing she did was that she tried to emphasize on topic of woman empowerment by describing her experiences and the how there were differences in the response to her work. This helped to improve her speech and get connected with the audience in a better way. 2. Do you prefer team presentations or individual presentations? Why? I prefer individual presentations as it helps us in learning some of the major information regarding the topic that we are trying to deliver. While on the other hand, even group presentations are helpful but it might create some chaos or communication problems between the members which might result in negative experience. The information search is also divided in the group presentation where none of them are able to receive proper understanding of the topic.
